Shipping policy

1.1  Order Processing Time

All Vaadaa orders are processed within 2–4 business days of payment confirmation. Business days are Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.

You will receive an email and/or WhatsApp notification with your tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

1.2  Delivery Timelines

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

Metro cities	3–5 business days (Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Pune)
Tier 2 & 3 cities	5–7 business days
Remote areas / North East	7–10 business days

1.3  Shipping Charges

Orders above ₹999	FREE shipping — no conditions
Orders below ₹999	Flat ₹79 shipping charge
Cash on Delivery (COD)	Available on orders up to ₹3,000 — additional ₹49 COD handling fee applies

 

1.4  Courier Partners

We ship via trusted Indian courier partners including Shiprocket, Delhivery, Blue Dart, and DTDC depending on your pincode. The courier is assigned at our discretion to ensure the fastest and most reliable delivery to your location.

1.5  Order Tracking

Once shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email and WhatsApp. You can also track your order by visiting vaadaa.in and entering your order number, or by contacting us directly.

1.6  Pincodes & Serviceability

We ship across India. To check if we deliver to your pincode, visit the checkout page and enter your delivery address. If your pincode is not currently serviceable, please contact us at support@vaadaa.in and we will try our best to find a solution.

1.7  Delays & Non-Delivery

•     If your order has not arrived within 10 business days of the expected delivery date, please contact us immediately.

•     In case of a lost shipment, we will raise a claim with the courier and either reship your order or process a full refund.

•     Vaadaa is not liable for delays caused by natural disasters, strikes, or other events beyond our control.
